I was advised through my Choice Home warranty that this company picked up the work order. Which indicated it would be a few days out. I contacted the technician and asked if there were any cancellations to let me know. He was able to get out sooner and had awesome communication. He quickly identified the issue and also told me of regular maintenance things that would make my unit last longer. I also liked the fact that he had everything needed to fix the issue as I have had companies that would not, and come back hours later to the next day. I would definitely refer this company!!!!

I am extremely satisfied with the service. The techs were Timmy Wright and Cody. They were excellent and had the highest level of knowledge, expertise and customer service. The were here even earlier than expected, They called before arrival and these two fine gentlemen were an absolute pleasure to deal with. Thanks Timmy and Cody for the way you conduct your business! You were delightful and went out of your way and spend that extra minute to make sure my system was 100% operational before you left!

Joseph came on time and was very thorough and professional. Another technician had came the week before when my air conditioning unit had first went out. But the following week i was having the same issue. Joseph was able to fully resolve the issue and even fixed issues with my upstairs unit that i didn’t know i was having. He was courteous and even wore covers over his shoes. Very impressed with the level of service i received from Joseph, he is one of their best technicians on my opinion.

They did a great job. The guy who came to the house to give me a quote I didn't feel ripped me off and was straight forward on what was the best quality for not a huge amount of money. I went online to make the appointment and they called to schedule it within the hour. When they came to install the unit. They did a great job with fixing the unit in the house and making due with the tiny space the unit was in to begin with. They took their time and worked hard to make sure that everything was right and hooked up before they left. It feels so much cooler in our home and we are please with the AC unit and the service. We would use them again in the future.

My expectations were exceeded. I have had mega problems with my heating/ac and with the technicians. Jason came in with his own shoe covers, a smile on his face, friendly, professional and knowing his craft. He fixed both units quickly, explained to me what the problems were, what he did to fix them and what I needed to do to maintain my units. I was happy to write this review because excellent service is hard to find. Kudos to ALL STAR!
